Danielle is the Director of Operations at Augment Ventures. Prior to joining Augment, she served as a Director at Graham Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she led commercial value creation initiatives across 16 portfolio companies. Her work spanned consumer, industrial technology, and life sciences, with a focus on go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, demand generation, and growth execution. During her MBA, she was a Venture Fellow at Augment Ventures.

Danielle holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
