Arun is the CEO of QBurst, a global digital experiences and engineering firm serving enterprise clients across industries. He has built a distinguished career leading large scale technology, AI and digital transformation initiatives for global organizations.

Before QBurst, Arun served as the Global Head of the AI Unit at Hexaware, a Carlyle portfolio company, where he oversaw AI strategy, product development and enterprise adoption. He also led Hexaware’s HiTech and Professional Services vertical worldwide, driving growth and delivering advanced digital solutions for global clients.

Earlier in his career, Arun held leadership roles at Capgemini and Infosys, where he managed strategic accounts, consulting initiatives and technology transformation programs across multiple markets.

Arun holds a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta. He is based in Palo Alto, California.
