Trustwise Appoints Gina Carfagno as CRO
We are excited to share that Trustwise has appointed Augment Advisor Gina Carfagno as Chief Revenue Officer, marking an important milestone as the company scales enterprise adoption following its recent financing. Gina brings more than 20 years of experience helping Fortune 500 organizations navigate major technology transformations and scale data and AI initiatives globally. At Trustwise, she will lead go-to-market strategy, sales, marketing, and enterprise growth as the company enters its next phase.
Trustwise is building critical infrastructure for enterprise AI governance, helping organizations safely deploy and manage AI systems in production. As AI agents become increasingly autonomous and embedded in high-stakes workflows, Trustwise enables enterprises to monitor, govern, and secure AI systems at runtime — helping organizations operationalize AI with the appropriate trust, safety, and compliance guardrails in place. The company already works with leading enterprises navigating the transition from AI experimentation to production deployment.
This leadership addition comes shortly after Trustwise closed its latest seed financing, led by Augment Ventures alongside Sway Ventures and Hitachi Ventures. We believe the combination of strong market tailwinds, enterprise demand for AI trust infrastructure, and Gina’s proven experience scaling enterprise revenue organizations positions Trustwise well for continued growth.
Congratulations to Gina and the entire Trustwise team — we are excited to support the company in this next chapter!
