Concierge Launches AI Answer Engine
Augment portfolio company Concierge.ai announced the launch of its branded AI answer engine, a new platform designed to transform how companies engage buyers across their digital properties. The product enables businesses to train AI directly on their existing content—web pages, documents, and product materials—allowing their brand to deliver real-time, personalized, and fully cited responses to customer questions. By replacing static websites and legacy chatbots with a dynamic, conversational experience, Concierge helps companies educate buyers more effectively while driving higher engagement and conversion.
Strategically, Concierge introduces a new layer of infrastructure across the buyer journey, spanning “Discover, Answer, and Close.” The initial launch centers on its flagship “Answer” product, which converts website visitors into engaged prospects through high-quality, brand aligned interactions. Over time, the platform will expand into demand generation and sales enablement, including AI-powered deal rooms that support internal buying committees. This positions Concierge to become a system of record for how companies communicate with and convert buyers in an AI-native environment.
The launch aligns with a broader shift in buyer behavior toward conversational, AI-driven discovery. As users increasingly expect direct, personalized answers instead of navigating static content, Concierge enables companies to meet that expectation within their own digital channels. Early traction highlights strong market adoption across startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprises, reinforcing the emergence of conversational AI as a core component of modern go-to-market strategy.
As CEO Rohan Agrawal noted, “We’re incredibly excited to launch Concierge and bring this vision to market. This represents a fundamental shift in how brands interact with their buyers—moving beyond static content to real-time, personalized conversations at scale. For the first time, companies can truly bring their brand to life in a way that builds trust and drives meaningful outcomes.”

Sonali’s Supply Chain Brain Article
We are pleased to share that,
Sonali Vijayavargiya has published a new article in
SupplyChainBrain discussing the evolving role of technology in modern supply chain management. In the piece, Sonali examines how solving supply chain bottlenecks increasingly depends not on adding incremental capacity, but on improving coordination, visibility, and decision-making across the network. She outlines how real-time operational visibility, dynamic partner coordination, and predictive AI-driven tools are enabling organizations to identify disruptions earlier, respond more effectively, and reduce the downstream delays that often create systemic inefficiencies.
As supply chains grow more complex and interconnected, we continue to believe that software and AI-driven infrastructure will play an increasingly critical role in building more resilient, agile, and efficient industrial operations.
