David serves as Chief Financial Officer at Augment Ventures. David has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and is currently a partner at the CPA firm of Edwards, Ellis, Armstrong & Company, P.C. He has extensive knowledge in the field of taxation and he focuses on small business tax planning and consultation services. In addition, David has over 20 years of experience in personal financial planning and investment management services and currently is a Principal and Chief Compliance Officer at Pinnacle Investment Advisors, LLC.

David also volunteers as Treasurer for Riverside Arts Center and is a member of the Finance Committee for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Washtenaw County after serving two terms as a board member. He is a Life Master in bridge and actively participates in tournaments in Southeast Michigan.

He holds a Master of Science in Taxation degree from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He is both a CPA and CFP® and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants.
