Mo’s journey in venture & private equity began in 2006, when he founded Enchant Ventures, an investment collaborative focused on investing in triple-bottom-line companies. Prior to Unison, Mo was the CEO of a cybersecurity analytics firm called Conadus, which led to a partial liquidity event by Renaissance Technologies in 2012 and was fully acquired in 2015.
