Fund III New Investment: Pair Team

“Bending the Cost of Healthcare to Exponentially Improve Health Outcomes for Medicaid Patients”

Pair Team is a virtual and community-based primary care solution connecting Medicaid’s highest-risk patients to high-quality care. It partners with safety-net primary care providers and acts as extension of the clinical staff to provide comprehensive clinical and mental health care while addressing the many social barriers to achieving a high quality of life such as access to housing, food, or transportation.

Augment Ventures invested in the company’s $9 million Series A round. The financing was led by NEXT VENTŪRES and saw participation from Kleiner Perkins, Kapor Capital, Newark Venture Partners, PTX Capital, Create Health Ventures, OCA Ventures, CHCF Innovation Fund, Y Combinator, Gaingels, and several notable healthcare angel investors. The funding will be used to accelerate Pair Team’s expansion across California and add new States by enabling the company to grow its network of safety net organizations and scale its current team to support additional patients. Celera Announces New CEO and COO
Celera announced the appointment Pat Brockett as Chief Executive Officer and Alberto Viviani as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Brockett brings over 35 years of executive experience in analog ICs. Secro has received legal and technical reliability certification from globally renowned law firm, HFW, for legal validity for UK’s Electronic Trade Document Act (ETDA).
