This year has been like no other year that we have experienced in our lifetime.One the eve of Thanksgiving, I want to draw our attention to how we have come together as people of the world. Multilateral global efforts to combat COVID have resulted in vaccinations and therapeutics that are ready to be distributed. Communities have come together to question their role in social structure and have opened a new dialogue on inclusion and accountability. Frequency and ferocity of recent natural disasters are drawing resources from all fields to restore and preserve our planet. Let’s be thankful for all that human imagination has accomplished and can accomplish.
