Alison’s ambitions to build an underdog brand with a mission for elevating people are realized every day at Rivet. In her role, she’s scaling sales and marketing while building a brand from scratch. She’s responsible for the brand name, for the introduction of “Rosie”, Rivet’s in-app bot, and until recently, was the designer responsible for the app UI that is adored by customers as modern and easy to use. She prefers being in the trenches with her team.
“Having a strong culture is number one for me,” Alison said. “I’m passionate about elevating skilled workers, but also the team internally at Rivet. Getting new team members immersed in their roles with purpose as quickly as possible is really motivating for me as a leader.” Alison is also a Board Director at Rivet, as well as a working mom.
The Rivet team has kicked off an incredible start to 2022. The company welcomed six new team members, launched over dozen new pilots, expanded its channel partnership nationwide, and launched several new product features.
In December, Rivet also joined its electrical channel partner at the annual IDEAL National Championship, where electricians compete for cash prizes.
